Project stages

At this stage, the client's needs and expectations are known. Information is gathered about the project, the type of house they desire (size, layout, customizations, etc.), and material options and budgets are discussed. The client can ask questions and receive guidance.
Project
In this phase, the design team works in collaboration with the client to create a detailed plan for the modular home. This may include architectural plans, space layout, choice of finishes, and custom design. If necessary, licensing or permit approvals are arranged.
Production
Once the design and budget are approved, the manufacturing of the modular home begins in the factory. This process is usually faster than traditional construction, since the house is built in a controlled environment.
